As a follow-up to our earlier July '08 blog posts, starting several months ago, the city has been overhauling the parking regulations in various Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Park Slope, Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus and Red Hook.
